Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using:

* USPS

* UPS

* FedEx

* Other approved carriers

Carrier selection is determined by The Nutty Texan unless a specific shipping option is purchased during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

* Weather conditions

* Carrier delays

* Holidays

* Natural disasters

* Supply chain disruptions

* High shipping volume

* Other circumstances beyond our control

The Nutty Texan is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if necessary.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

The Nutty Texan is not responsible for:

* Incorrect addresses

* Incomplete addresses

* Undeliverable addresses supplied by the customer

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivered Packages

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon carrier-confirmed delivery.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

The Nutty Texan is not responsible for:

* Lost packages after delivery

* Stolen packages after delivery

* Packages delivered to unsecured locations selected by the customer

Customers who believe a package was stolen after delivery should contact the carrier and local authorities.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Some products may be affected by heat during shipping.

By placing an order during warm weather months, customers acknowledge and accept the risk of:

* Melting

* Softening

* Texture changes

* Cosmetic changes

The Nutty Texan is not responsible for heat-related product changes that occur during shipping or after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our products and food safety regulations:

* All food sales are final.

* Returns are not accepted.

* Exchanges are not accepted.

* Opened products cannot be returned.

* Unopened products cannot be returned.

Returned food products cannot be restocked, resold, or redistributed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins.

Once processing or fulfillment has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must contact us within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

* Clear photographs of the product

* Clear photographs of the shipping packaging

Failure to provide the required information may result in denial of the claim.

Claim Resolution

If a claim is approved, The Nutty Texan may, at its sole discretion, provide:

* Replacement product

* Store credit

* Refund

No specific remedy is guaranteed.

The determination of whether a claim qualifies for replacement, credit, or refund is solely at the discretion of The Nutty Texan.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact The Nutty Texan and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

The Nutty Texan reserves the right to dispute any chargeback using documentation including:

* Order records

* Payment records

* Shipping records

* Tracking information

* Delivery confirmation

* Customer communications

* Website policies

* Checkout acknowledgments

Orders with carrier-confirmed delivery are generally not eligible for refunds.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be referred to collection efforts or legal remedies where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nutty Texan's liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the products purchased.

The Nutty Texan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, or consumption of our products.
